HOW TO PLAY?
Aboline is a 2-player strategy game played with 14 white and 14 red balls on a hexagonal platform. This game, inspired by sumo wrestling, first appeared in Japan.
The aim of the game is to take the opponent's 6 balls off the platform.
Before starting the game, the balls are arranged as shown in the figure.
MOVEMENT OF BALLS
The balls can move individually or together.
A maximum of 3 balls can move together.
Balls can move one space each in their own direction. The position of pushing the opponent's ball is only possible in these situations.
Groups of 2 and 3 balls can move forward, backward and parallel as a whole. The opponent's balls cannot be pushed in parallel movement.
BALLS PUSHING EACH OTHER
For the balls to push each other;
One group must be numerically superior to the other group.
The pushing movement can be made by a unit in the direction of the balls, provided that their backs are empty.
3 balls, 2 and 1 balls; 2 balls can push 1 ball. Equal numbers of balls cannot repel each other.
