Directions
1. For a body soak, add 2 cups of Epsom salt to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes. Essential oils and herbal extracts are recommended for added benefit and relaxation.
2. For a foot soak, add half a cup of Epsom salt to a warm amount of water and soak feet as long as desired. To disinfect and cleanse feet, add sodium bicarbonate and drops of peppermint essential oil while soaking.
3. To relieve muscle pain and cramps, dissolve a teaspoon of pure Epsom salt with a little water and apply to the affected area.
4. To exfoliate and smooth skin, mix a dash of Epsom salt with your favorite body wash or carrier oil and gently massage into skin. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
