1.Finding the joists. Connect the screw used to find the joists to the
electric drill. When the screw isdrilled into the floor 1 inch. if the
screw can continue to rotate and dplace is not the joist location. lf the
screw drilling is hindered , then the place is theposition of the joist .
2.Once vou have located the joists . place the black jig directly over
the screw holes you iust drilled. then place the screws connecting
the floor to the joists in the black jigs and align with the screw holes
you just drilled.
3.Attach the screwdriver bit to thdrill and push the screw down intthe
floor ( the bit keeps the screw fromgoing too deep).
4. Finally. use the special slot of the tripod clamp to clamp the
protruding part of the screw, and turn it to the left or right side until the
protruding part is broken off, so that the floor can berestored to safety.
