About the Author | Mourid Barghouti Palestinian poet and writer born on July 8, 1944 in Deir Ghassaneh near Ramallah. He received his education at Ramallah High School, and joined Cairo University, graduating in English Language and Literature. His poetry was published by Dar Al-Shorouk in two volumes.
