OverviewDirections Use a fine brush for graphic liner and apply in 5 stages. 1. Apply the cream straight across the lash line. 2. Join the line from the inner corner. 3. Using the bottom lash line as a guide draw a line up and out. 4. From the tip of this line draw diagonally back down to join the line across the lashes. 5. Fill in the gap between the two lines of the flick. HD Cream Liner can also be blended across the eyelid as a base for Eye Shadow with a soft blending brush. Pro Tip Use on eyelids as an intense eye shadow, and then set with Living Color for a glamorous shine.
