How to use
Step 1: Prepare enough hot water by boiling it in a pot.
Step 2: Once the water is boiling, you can remove the pot from the heat.
Step 3: Open the packet and place the dental cassette into the pot or bowl you are using.
Step 4: Completely immerse them in the hot water for 20 ~ 25 seconds. Use a timer to accurately time this
Step 5: Use some tools to remove the braces from the hot water. Be careful, as it will be very hot!
Step 6: Immediately after removing the braces from the pan, place them in the cold water for 2-3 seconds.
Step 7: Immediately place the braces on the upper teeth.
Step 8: Bite on the braces and press them onto the teeth with your fingers.
Step 9: Once formed, place the braces in cold water again to harden them completely
