MRCARTOOL V30 is designed for testing fuel injectors to identify potential issues such as stocking, leakage, or damage. It features six testing modes, allowing users to choose the appropriate mode for injector testing based on their specific requirements. Additionally, it can be used in conjunction with a fuel injector machine.
Basic Operating Steps:
1. Turn off the vehicle engine and remove the fuel injectors from the engine.
2. Connect the terminal of the fuel injector plug to the fuel injector. For commonly used electromagnetic fuel injectors, there is no distinction between positive and negative terminals.
3. Connect the red electrical clip to the positive terminal of the vehicle's battery, and the black electrical clip to the negative terminal.
4. Choose the appropriate fuel injector connection adapter and insert the fuel injector into the adapter.
5. Press the mode selection button to choose the desired testing mode, then press the start button to initiate the fuel injector's operation.
6. Press the fuel injector connection adapter onto the nozzle of the carburetor cleaner.
7. The fuel injector will start spraying liquid. Observe the atomization state and spray angle to check for any issues.
