- Indications for use in children (ages 4 to 12) are limited to those supervised by a caregiver who is at least 18 years old.
- The caregiver is responsible for supervising or assisting the child in using the reader and the sensor, as well as interpreting or assisting in the interpretation of glucose readings displayed by the sensor to the child.
- The FreeStyle Libre 2 Flash Glucose Monitoring System (the “System”) consists of two parts: the hand-held reader and the single-use sensor, which you wear on your body.
- You use the sensor to wirelessly scan the sensor and display your glucose readings.
- The sensor works with Freestyle Libre 2 sensors only and cannot be used with other sensors.
- The FreeStyle Libri 2 sensor automatically communicates with the reader and can alert you about your glucose level if you choose to turn it on. The reader also includes an internal blood glucose test scale and a ketone test.

- The system comes composed of the reader package and probe package. When opening the packages, make sure that the contents are not damaged and that all parts listed are present. If any parts are lost or damaged, contact customer service
