About the AuthorJane Matthews studied Fine Art at The Ruskin in Oxford and Art History at the Courtauld Institute in London. She later worked in the film and TV industry as a Scenic Artist and Prop Maker. Later she monitored seals for a living and compiled a book, Skomer - Portrait of an Island. She illustrated her first children's book, Aubrey and the Terrible Yoot, by Horatio Clare in 2015, followed by the sequel, Aubrey and the Terrible Ladybirds.
