How to use
1. Wash and dry the skin around your lips and mouth. Dirt, grease, beards, mustaches, moisturisers and make-up will weaken the adhesive.
2. Remove the protective pad. Close your mouth with your lips in full contact.
3. Place the strip in the centre of your mouth, press down on the ends and rub gently to secure.

Do not use our masks if you have; nasal breathing difficulties; obesity (BMI over 35); severely dry and cracked lips; alcohol or sedatives; colds, sinus or ear infections; severe heart or breathing problems; extremely low blood pressure.
For those who use skin care products, please do not use lip balm or heavy skin care products.
