Considering the interference from walls and various electronic devices, it is recommended to keep it within 32ft(10M) for greater stability and reliability. Additionally, one gateway can be paired with multiple electronic door locks, with a maximum limit of 20. Please note that when adding a gateway, your smartphone and gateway must be connected to the same 2.4G Wi Fi network. If the connection times out, please close the gateway and reconnect.
