Such Assays Are Particularly Important In Situations Where A Large Number Of Foods/Bioactives Need To Be Screened Rapidly And In A Cost Effective Manner In Order To Ultimately Identify Lead Foods/Bioactives That Can Be The Subject Of In Vivo Assays.
