Gas Ball Valve Installation

1- O-rings are attached to the poles in the o-ring mounting machine in the packing section. After the o-ring is attached, Teflon is attached to the poles by hand.

2- The lubricated teflon is applied to the body and covers by hand or machine.

3- In the ball valve assembly machine, Teflon is nailed to the valve body in order; Pole, Sphere, Teflon nailed and sprayed caps are tightened with a torque of 100+15Nm. The cap should be sprayed with at least 1 tooth in a full circle.

4- Air is pressed in the open position to the ball valves whose assembly process is completed and they are brought to the closed position.

5- The assembled products are packed in 325*260*180mm boxes with 100 pieces per box.
