Press your baby's hand or foot onto the uninked side of the printing pad. Ink will not come into contact with your baby's hand at any stage. To get the best quality printing mark, do not press the baby's hand onto the printing pad too much. The hand or foot should contact the paper over the printing pad, but not too much pressure should be applied. Step 3: Almost done! Take your baby's hand or foot off the pressure pad you pressed and lift the pressure pad off the paper to see the hand-footprint. Be sure to let it dry for 24 to 48 hours.
