For that purpose, books from which one can learn thermodynamics from the basic to the advanced level are needed, but such books are rarely published. This book bridges the gap between the basics, which are treated in general thermodynamic books, and their application, which are only partially dealt with in most specialized books on a specific field. |
| عن المؤلف | Taishi Matsushita is an Associate Professor at the Department of Materials and Manufacturing, School of Engineering, Jönköping University. He has a Master of Material Science (2000) and PhD in Material Science (2003) from Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan. He was a research associate at Kyushu Institute of Technology from April to September, 2003. In October, 2003 he got a position as a postdoc at KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. He worked at German Aerospace Center (DLR), Cologne, Germany as a visiting scientist from February to April, 2005. In 2008 he was given the title Docent (Associate professor (US) / reader (UK)) from KTH. In 2012 he got a position in Materials and Manufacturing at Jönköping University, School of Engineering. |
