Franziska schweiger holds a master's degree in agriculture and food from the university of natural resources and applied life sciences in vienna and is currently working at the federal ministry for sustainability and tourism. Ao. Univ. Prof. Dipl.-ing. Dr. Rainer haas has been doing research and teaching at the university of natural resources and life sciences in vienna since 1993. His research focus is consumer behavior in the agricultural and food industries. He was a visiting professor at the university of florida in gainesville (usa) and is the author of numerous scientific books and articles. |
