When folded, it remains compact at 74.42 mm in width and has a thickness of 9.35 mm (purple) and 8.93 mm (white, black). The device is also lightweight, with the purple variant weighing 234g and the black and white models at 229g.
- The OPPO Find N5 features two high-quality displays. The main display is an 8.12-inch Flexi-fluid AMOLED panel with LTPO 3.0 technology, offering a resolution of 2480 × 2248 and a dynamic refresh rate of 1-120 Hz. It delivers vibrant colors with 10-bit depth, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, and a peak brightness of 1400 nits. The screen is protected by ultra-thin glass and has TÜV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Care certification.

It also boasts a peak brightness of 1600 nits and features Ceramic Guard protection. With a 91.8% screen-to-body ratio, this display is ideal for quick tasks and one-handed use.
- At its core, the OPPO Find N5 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, paired with the Adreno 830 GPU. It comes with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage, ensuring smooth multitasking and fast data access. The 5600 mAh dual-cell battery supports 80W SUPERVOOC charging, allowing for rapid power replenishment
- The OPPO Find N5 boasts a powerful triple-camera system. The primary 50MP wide-angle camera (f/1.8) features a 7P lens, 2-axis OIS, EIS, and an 89° field of view. The 50MP telephoto lens (f/2.7) also supports 2-axis OIS and autofocus, offering sharp zoomed-in shots. Completing the setup is an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 116° field of view and autofocus for capturing expansive landscapes.
