Important Information*
It is very important that you check your cargo while receiving it.
When you detect an abnormal situation such as damage, dents, tears, wetness outside the packages, you should not receive the products and keep a report with the cargo authority and you should definitely contact us using the contact form or our phone number.

 

AFTER SALES SERVICE
When the product you have purchased reaches you, check the package with the cargo officer.
If you detect any damage to the outer packaging, make sure to attach a "DAMAGE DETECTION REPORT" to the cargo officer.
For damaged cargoes, cargo officers are responsible for keeping reports. Otherwise, our company cannot be held responsible for the problems that may occur. No exchange or refund can be made on products that have not been reported.
Please send the products you will exchange, in their original packaging and box, undamaged, after you write the reason for the change on the invoice that comes with your order, and place them in the box.
If the ordered product error is an error caused by customer use or if the product is used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. As for the product return and replacement conditions, practices in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 are essential.

The product you have reviewed is in the category of goods that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene, as stated in Article 15, Clause "ç" of the Distance Contracts Regulation of the Ministry of Customs and Trade; and therefore, if the packaging is opened, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be used.
