Chapter 15-deals with digital mammography, the differences be¬tween digital mammography and standard mammography, Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT) and indications for breast biopsy. Chapter 16-deals with Picture Viewing, Archiving, Communication System (PACS), its architecture, types and uses, and PACS integra¬tion. This chapter also includes notes about film digitizers, PACS image viewer and hardcopy printers. Chapter 17-deals with introduction to teleradiology, teleradioiogy components, connection configurations and Wide Area Network (WAN), equipment specifications, teleradiology server, and advances in teleradiology.
