Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily separated, that is, they can be removed after the product has dried, and they are resin epoxy molds that can be preserved in hot environments with a high temperature of 200 to 300 degrees on average. In addition, our silicone molds are resin molds that can be used many times and are not disposable. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. We currently have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 1 measure of hardener into a container with 2 measures of resin and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles. Continue mixing from right to left and from left to right.
and mix thoroughly from bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. While mixing
A homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick.
Then the mixture is rested for 5 minutes and poured into the mold and left to dry. 
It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours. It hardens completely within 12 hours.
It becomes a scratch-proof glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important warning:

The mold life is generally 10 years, and for some of our model molds it is between 20-25 years.
By taking good care of your mold, you can ensure that you use it for longer periods of time with processes such as usage and cleaning stages.
We recommend using mold release spray; this mold release spray or wax varnish protects the shine of the mold and provides a long service life.
Non-alcohol based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning the remaining epoxy liquids.
Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the inside of the mold with your fingers.
