How to play:
Players must first decide which color tile they will play with.
17 wooden game pieces are arranged in an 8x8 order or in a mixed order.
Game pieces consist of two, three, four and six spaces.
Players take turns putting their marbles into the gaps in the stones.
However, pieces must be placed according to the following 3 rules:
1. The marbles are placed in horizontal or vertical directions of the opponent's marble.
should be placed anywhere.
2. A marble cannot be placed on the stone on which the opponent placed a marble on the first try.
3. The player cannot place his marble in the next hand on the tile on which he placed his marble in the previous hand.
He can place his marble starting from the second hand.
When all the marbles are placed or marbles horizontally and vertically
The game is over when there is no more space to place.
Players take stones according to the excess of black and white marbles.
A stone with the same number of black or red marbles does not count.
Points are awarded based on the number of holes.
There are also ways to make the game more difficult.
Detailed explanation:
Both players first choose one of the black-red marbles.
Then they place the 17 wooden game pieces next to each other to form a table as follows:
A regular 8x8 table
A mixed irregular painting 10x10
Players rotate and place their marbles into the empty holes.
The first marble can be placed in the desired hole.
Then, the players must follow the following three rules when placing their marbles.
1. Marbles must be placed in the horizontal and vertical directions of the opponent's marble.
2. A marble cannot be placed on the stone on which the opponent placed a marble on the first try.
3. The player cannot place his marble in the next hand on the tile on which he placed his marble in the previous hand.
He can place his marble starting from the second hand.
There is no problem in having space between the marbles.
Players can place marbles in any hole they want within the rules.
How the Game Ends:
The game ends when all the marbles are placed or there is no space left to place the marbles horizontally and vertically.
Rating:
Players take stones according to the excess of black and red marbles.
Stones with the same number of red and black marbles are not taken.
Points are awarded according to the number of holes in the stones, not the number of marbles.
For example, a tile with 4 holes has a score of 4.
Different Ways to Play:
The game is played the same way, but players are awarded bonus points.
If you want to make the game harder and more enjoyable, scoring can be done as follows.
Biggest area bonus:
Before the tiles are distributed at the end of the game, players define the largest area of their color.
The largest area depends on the number of marbles combined.
Players earn bonus points by subtracting the total number of marbles.
Rank bonus:
At the end of the game, before the tiles are distributed, players check whether their color forms a row or not.
