- This acid neutralizing medicine can be taken as early as 60 minutes prior to eating, or in as little as 15 minutes before consuming food & beverages that contribute to heartburn. Tablets can start to relieve the signs of heartburn in 15 to 30 minutes
- Keep a package of Original Strength Pepcid AC at home & in the office to relieve heartburn whenever it strikes. Adults & children 12+, swallow 1 tablet with a glass of water to relieve symptoms; do not chew
