Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to separate, that is, they can be removed after the product has dried, and they are a resin epoxy mold that can be protected in a hot environment with a high temperature of 200 to 300 degrees on average. In addition, our silicone molds can be used many times and are not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. We currently have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 1 part hardener into 2 parts resin into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles. Mix from right to left and from left to right.
and mix thoroughly from bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. While mixing
A homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the mixing rod to the container.
The mixture is then rested for 5 minutes and poured into a mold to dry. 
It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours. It hardens completely within 12 hours.
It becomes a scratch-proof glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important warning:

The mold life is generally 10 years, while for some of our model molds it is between 20-25 years.
By taking good care of your mold, you can ensure that you use it for longer periods of time with processes such as usage and cleaning stages.
We recommend using a mold release spray, this mold release spray or wax varnish protects the mold's shine and provides long service life.
Non-alcohol based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning the remaining epoxy liquids.
Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the inside of the mold with your fingers.
