| وصف الكتاب | The present work deals with the topic of social work in hospitals. Here, the question was whether the beschaftigten hospital social workers between the tit utionellen order and Auff ass clothes of the same turn, perceive differences. In theoretical treatise, the field of clinical social work - and as a result - that of hospital social work in terms of Leistungsspekt rums and the health-promoting potential are highlighted. Another focus is the examination of the hospital as a learning and health-promoting organization and the development of health and illness. The research work is based on eight episodic interviews with social workers who are employed in hospitals in Styria. The results of the study show d ass social workers and social workers differences between the tit perceive the same utionellen order and the interpretation part. The differences relate in particular to the professional K om competencies, the width of the Spekt rum s social work and the definition of venting assungsmanagement. Language: English, German |
