Mix 850 ml of milk at room temperature with 2 tablespoons of yoghurt.
Boil the water. Divide the milk into portioned yoghurt cups. Place it in the outer chamber of the yoghurt maker.
Fill the outer chamber with boiled water until it remains 2 cm. Be careful not to let it get into the containers you put the milk in.
Do not close the portion lids during fermentation. Close the outer door.
