Overview▶Basic characteristics
-Raw material source: PLA is made from starch raw materials extracted from renewable plant resources such as corn and cassava, and polymerized through processes such as saccharification, fermentation, and chemical synthesis to obtain polylactic acid
-Environmental friendliness: Biodegradable, can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water by microorganisms under specific conditions after use, environmentally friendly, and in line with the concept of sustainable development
-Physical properties: It has good toughness, mechanical strength, and thermal stability, with a stable wire diameter of 1.75 ± 0.02mm, which can ensure printing quality. Its shrinkage rate is small, the printing model is not easily deformed or curled, and the surface is smooth and delicate
▶Food grade PLA
-Safety: Produced using food grade raw materials, non-toxic and harmless, odorless, in compliance with food grade safety standards, can be used for printing items that come into contact with food, such as food packaging containers, tableware, etc
