OverviewWEICON Anti Spatter Spray 400 ml PROPERTIES: WEICON welding protection spray is silicone-free and is used for cleaning and keeping the welding nozzles clean. At the same time, it protects the workpiece to be welded from spattering without impairing the weld seam. Welding protection spray prevents welding spatters from adhering to gas nozzles and workpiece surfaces, offers complete protection during the welding process and makes subsequent cleaning of the workpieces with a spatula, brush or chisel superfluous. Aftertreatment of the workpieces such as: Burnishing, electroplating, anodizing or painting is possible without special cleaning. Cleaning, e.g. with WEICON Spray Cleaner S, may only be necessary if spraying is too strong. PROCESSING: Spray welding nozzles from approx. 15 cm. To protect the workpiece surface, spray from approx. 25 cm and approx. 10 cm to the right and left of the weld seam. In hollow bodies and confined spaces, do not start the welding process until the blowing agent has been exhausted. STORAGE: The container is under pressure. Protect from sunlight and temperatures above +50°C.
