Editorial Reviewfascinating -- Nenagh Guardian I hope there's enough material for a third book and that you can find more unheralded Irish women that deserve to have their stories told! -- Gavin Grace, Morning Focus * Clare FM * The badasses may be in a minority in Marian Broderick's delicious directory of 36 fascinating Irish women, Bold, Brilliant and Bad - and the oldest profession the only outlet for much entrepreneurialism - but their stories tower -- Irish Times * Anne Harris * astonishing, true-life stories ... eye-opening anthology of audacious dames! Highly recommended, especially for public library World History and Women's History collections -- Midwest Book Review a host of other neglected histories are retold her with gusto and admiration -- IrishCentral.
