Before First Use 1. Rinse your tawa with warm water and a little dish soap. 2. Remove all moisture completely. 3. Rub a thin layer of cooking oil over the surface. 4. Heat on low flame for 10 minutes. 5. Repeat this process 3–4 times to create a smooth, natural non-stick surface.
After Each Use - Rinse with warm water and gently scrub with a soft sponge. - Dry thoroughly to prevent moisture buildup. - Apply a thin layer of oil before storing.
