About the Author | Markus F. Robinson, MEng., McGill University, Montreal, Canada, holds three patents as an inventor. His professional career in computer science in Montreal, San Francisco and Tokyo culminated in responsibilities as vice-president of Engineering. He is the author of numerous technical papers as well as being a fiction writer. Professor Gertrude J. Robinson has held visiting professorships in the United States, Germany, Switzerland and Yugoslavia and been a frequent consultant on Unesco initiatives. She has has published 5 books and over 50 articles in major journals. In retirement, she has focused on Germany's political evolution during the interwar period and the life of Hans Rose. |
