Working as a brow primer, its high-pigment formula provides color while sculpting and shading. Ideal for oily skin and in humid climates, this product is quick drying. What else you need to know: To easily outline and fill a perfect eyebrow, apply Dipbrow® using an angled brow brush with short, stiff bristles. After applying the desired amount of color, blend with a clean spooley brush.
