| About the Author | L HARHARI SINGH is the founder of The Divine Portal Virtual Yoga Center. He is a world-traveled teacher, photographer, recording artist and vegan chef. His training consists of deep study with Yoga Masters in a variety of lineages and disciplines. He has been initiated in The Jivamukti Yoga Method, with David Life and Sharon Gannon, and has been trained in the science of Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan through the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI). L has served on the Yoga Faculty at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, NY, the world's largest holistic learning center. He has also taught at some of the finest Yoga Institutions throughout the world including the Midwest Yoga Conference, Golden Bridge Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga (Toronto, New York and Munich), Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, India and has served on the teaching faculty of the Pacific School of Massage. Blessed to share the ancient technology of yoga, it has taken him to Peru, Egypt, France, Germany, Mexico, Costa Rica & throughout the US and Canada.
