About the AuthorProfessor Kalac has been researching Edible Mushroom chemistry for over 40 years and has been publishing reviews and articles on the topic in the 1990´s. Biologically active natural compounds, both desirable and detrimental for human health, at an interface agriculture / food have been topic of my professional interest and teaching for decades.
