About the Author | Igor Fedyukin is Associate Professor and the founding director of the Center for Imperial Russian History at the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Moscow. He has been a visiting fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars (Washington, DC) and Maison des Sciences de l'Homme (Paris). In 2012-2013 he served as a vice-minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. |
