About the Author | Thomas R. Baechle is the executive director of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certification Commission. He also is the chair of the exercise science and athletic training department at Creighton University. Roger Earle was previously the associate executive director and the director of exam development for the NSCA Certification Commission. Roger has been a personal fitness trainer for people of all ages and fitness levels for over 20 years. |
