It's perfect for most heat lovers. We start with whole smoked ghost peppers - smoked peppers have deeper, fully developed flavor. We simmer the ghost peppers with sweet red bell peppers, carrots, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Then we add our elegant, naturally-sweet alphonso mango purée along with a splash of organic vinegar. Perfect!
