About the Author | Edited byAndrew Peterson is the John Wyeth Dean of the Mayes College and professor of clinical pharmacy and health policy at the University of the Sciences, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He received his PharmD from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond and his PhD in Health Policy at University of the Sciences. He also completed an advanced residency in Hospital Pharmacy Administration at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a residency in Hospital Pharmacy Practice at Rush-Presbyterian St. Lukes Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Before joining the university, Dr. Peterson was the assistant director of pharmacy and clinical services at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and the associate director of pharmacy, drug information, and clinical services at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland, Pennsylvania.William N. Kelly is professor of pharmacotherapeutics and clinical research at the College of Pharmacy at The University of South Florida in Tampa, USA and president of William N. Kelly Consulting and Publishing, Inc. He is also a senior vice president of scientific affairs of Vivace, Inc., in West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA.He is the former assistant vice president and director of pharmacy at Hamot Medical Center, a 500-bed hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania. He obtained his PharmD and residency certificate in clinical pharmacy from the University of Michigan, USA. Dr. Kelly also completed a fellowship in executive management at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics located at the University of Pennsylvania.
