About the Author | Heriberto Araújo is an investigative journalist, author, and speaker. He has reported from Paris, Beijing, and most recently Rio de Janeiro, covering international politics and the environment. His work on the Amazon rain forest has been published by The New York Times, The Guardian, The Atlantic, and The South China Morning Post and has earned a Pulitzer Center grant.
