The formula includes active probiotic cultures, L. reuteri, which have been shown to improve bowel movement frequency and the hardness of stools. It contains 16 essential vitamins and minerals, plus probiotic L. reuteri. Just 2 serves per day provides on average at least 50% of the recommended dietary intake of calcium, iron, zinc, iodine, and vitamins B1, B2, C, D, and E.
