You can also take the Iron Gym Express Chin-Up Bar completely off of the doorframe for more exercises like dips and push-ups. The Iron Gym Express Chin-Up Bar with is made from heavy duty steel and has a weight capacity of 270 lbs. It is very strong and very durable. I could not find a single negative report on the durability of this bar. Overall, this is among the best chin up bars you can find.
