Ingredients: Cake flour 100g, Sugar 30g, Baking powder 5g, Milk 70g, Egg 60g, Butter 20g
1. mix sugar, cake flour and baking powder in bowl A
2. melt butter in bowl B, then mix it with egg and milk
3. mix A and B, whip them well
♥Cooking Steps♥
1.spread butter/oil on the mould and pan (remember to spread inside the ring, so pancakes will be non-stick)
2. preheat the pan for about 20 seconds, not too hot
3. put the mould on the pan, the bottom ring might be twisted due to different heated pan, use a chopstick or other small tools to make it flat
4. put pancake mix in each hole
5. make sure fire set low, cook for about 2 minutes and the bottom of pancake will be ok
6. finally flip the mold with its side handles (beware of heat and take care of your hands)
