OverviewSENSILEAVE GEL is a dental gel which immediately and significantly relieves pain due to dentin hypersensitivity, starting with its first application. Its effects are enhanced after one month of continuous use. Its unique formula helps to create a protective barrier which blocks aggressive stimuli by filling exposed dentinal tubules. Dentin is the part of teeth which lays directly under the gums (at the level of the root) or underneath the enamel (on the exposed part of teeth). It is composed of microscopic channels, called dentinal tubules. When dentin is directly exposed to food (especially hot, cold, sweet or acidic) or inspired air, these may directly reach the tooth nerve, through the tubules. This causes pain. SENSILEAVE Gel should not be used by those under 18 nor by pregnant women. Those suffering from fructose intolerance (congenital fructosemia) should also abstain from using it.
