He is the author of twelve books and hundreds essays of biblical commentary and Jewish and Hasidic thought, and his writings have been translated into Spanish, German, French, Russian, Hebrew, and other languages.Born and raised in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn, New York, Tauber is a graduate of The Rabbinical College of America, and received his rabbinical ordination in 1987.
