Made in P.R.C Directions: 1. Mix hair color/bleaching powder/rebonding/ perming before adding/mixing QVPLEX 2. Add 10% of No.1 Bond Connector into the mixture to process and apply as usual. 3. Followed by 30-40ml QVPLEX No.2 Bond Enhancer application, leave for one mins, rinse well.
