WEICON TI is a pasty | titanium-filled | temperature-resistant industrial adhesive up to +200°C (short-term up to +260°C). The epoxy resin adhesive is especially suitable for repairs where high pressure resistance | chemical resistance is required, such as for pumps | valves | wear plates | ball bearing seats | shafts | propellers | for lining pump housings | slide bearings.
PROPERTIES: - Temperature resistant from -35 to 200 °C (short term up to +260 °C) - Paste-like - Titanium filled - Pressure resistant - Chemical resistant - Wear resistant - Colour: grey.
DETAILS AND APPLICATION: - Repair in environments with high pressure and high chemical load - Mechanical resistance after 24 hours - Mixing ratio by weight resin|hardener 100:33 - Pot life at +20 °C with 200 g preparation: 120 min. - Final hardness after 48 hours - Pressure: 105 Mpa - Bending: 100 Mpa.
STORAGE: Store WEICON Plastic Metal in a dry place at room temperature. Unopened containers can be stored at temperatures between +18 and +28°C for at least 24 months after delivery date | opened containers must be used within 6 months.
