Both chromium and vanadium make the steel more suitable for hardening. Chromium also helps resist abrasion, oxidation, and corrosion. Chromium and carbon can both improve elasticity. The tools are all packed in the BMC carry case. Bulk moulding compound or BMC, is glass-fiber reinforced thermoset polymer material. The glass fibers in BMC increase the strength properties of the product to be higher than standard thermoplastic products. BMC offers high tensile strength in relative to its weight. The carry case is light weight by itself while providing a corrosive resistant, highly durable outer shell to the tools stored inside.
