FOR BEGINNERS AND ADVANCED ATHLETES: Our hangboard/fingerboard is designed for both beginners and advanced athletes to exercises including dead, bent-arm, offset hangs, standard, offset, one-arm pull-ups, L-hangs, and front levers.
EASY TO INSTALL Our hangboard/fingerboard fits over any doorway (watch out for I-beams, electric wiring, and tubing when drilling). Mounting hardware is included: self-tapping screws M4*50mm (5pcs), self-tapping screws M4*70mm (4 pcs), and expansion tubes M6*40mm (9 pcs).
TRAINING SUGGESTIONS Most training regimes involve 5-8 hangs for 7-10 seconds and then a 3-4 minute rests, equalling one set. Your goal is to perform 5-8 total sets, ideally really struggling or failing towards the end of those sets. It's okay to spot yourself by putting your foot down or by grabbing a bigger hold with one hand.
