Vanguard's 360-degree rotating VEO 2 PH-28 2-way pan head is a great choice for binoculars and outdoor photography/videography. It offers seamless tracking capability with sports optics or cameras.

This 2-way pan head is made of lightweight aluminum alloy. It can be rotated 360° and tilted -60° backwards or 90° forwards. These two movements operate simultaneously, and both pan and tilt can be adjusted into place using the pan bar's integrated rotation lock.

The kit includes a long quick-shoe with safety pin, which offers a double safety feature and helps prevent your camera or other equipment from accidentally dropping while being set up. For use with binoculars, the Vanguard BA-185 scope adapter can be purchased separately.
