Instructions:

-Be sure your hands and ears are clean and dry before inserting the earplugs

-Between your palms, roll each earplug into a ball until it is warm

-Place the warm earplug into your outer ear canal (do not insert into inner ear canal) and flatten it until you get a good seal

-If the earplug is too large, you can break off a piece to make it smaller and then reinsert

-To clean the earplugs between uses, wash them with warm, soapy water

-Replace the earplug if it starts to crumble or break apart after many uses
