WEICON Flex+Bond APPLICATION: Flex+bond is strong adhesive, permanently elastic, temperature resistant from -40°C to +90°C (-40 to +194°F), weather-resistant, UV-stable, can be painted over "wet in wet", sandable, resistant to ageing, resistant to salt water and is silicone, isocyanate, halogen and solvent-free. Flex +bond is ISEGA certified and can be used as an adhesive in food technology. With Flex+bond almost all materials, such as metal, wood, plastic, glass, ceramics, can be bonded to and among each other. Flex+bond can be used in many areas of industry. SURFACE PRE-TREATMENT: The surfaces must be clean and free of grease. The Surface Cleaner is ideal for this purpose. Recommended for heavily soiled metal surfaces: Spray Cleaner S; Sealant and Adhesive Remover is suitable for removing old paint residues or adhesive residues. QUALITY: 100% German Quality - The casting compound meets the highest quality requirements while observing physical, safety-related, toxicological and ecological regulations. PROCESSING: Squeeze the tube by hand immediately after use (moisture-hardening), opened tubes should be used up as soon as possible. STORAGE: Elastic Adhesives and Sealants can be stored for 12 months in an unopened condition and in a normal climate (+23°C and 50 % relative humidity).
